  • What is the StadiumVIP?

    StadiumVIP is a new, innovative and advanced mobile commerce system that provides fans with the most convenient and fastest way to purchase food, beverage, and merchandise – i.e. right from their seats using their smart phones. Products are either delivered right to you or picked up in minutes at a conveniently located express window. We hope you will enjoy more of game experience and less of standing in line to get things you want.

  • Can I order food, beverage or merchandise products from my seat?

    Yes, you can. The StadiumVIP does exactly that - empowers consumers to order food, beverage and merchandise right from their seats while they keep enjoying the event. No more waiting in-line. StadiumVIP is a smart phone application that is seamlessly integrated with the stadium food and merchandise operations so your orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.

  • How much does the StadiumVIP mobile app cost?

    StadiumVIP mobile app itself is provided to you free of charge, so download it now. Please note, however, that Stadium VIP uses your phones data capability so data charges may apply.

  • How do I sign-up for the StadiumVIP service?

    It’s as simple as 1-2-3. Just click here or text “SVIP” to 444888 and we will text you back a link that allows you to download the app and setup up your account right form your phone. It will take you a minute to register with us by answering a few questions. After that, you will be able to download a StadiumVIP mobile app to your smart phone. The mobile app is provided to you free of charge.

    You can also sign up on the web at www.stadiumvip.com.

  • I am already at the stadium, can I still sign up?

    Absolutely. StadiumVIP was designed for you to be able to download, install, and setup your account right from your phone. Just text, “SVIP” to 444888 to get started, or visit www.stadiumvip.com/downloadApp.html.

  • Which type of smart phones does StadiumVIP app work on?

    Currently, the StadiumVIP app works on any type of iPhone, various Blackberry models, and Android Phones 1.5 or higher. We are constantly expanding the StadiumVIP app’s availability for other smart phones inventory so stay tuned if your phone is not one of the listed above.   • What is my StadiumVIP Account?

    When you activate the application on your phone you will create your StadiumVIP Account. Your Account credentials enable the system to identify you when placing orders. Your account also holds your credit card information so orders are processed at the click of a button, without you having to pull your card out for each transaction. Your account also had your email address so we can communicate with you throughout the game.

     

    You can access your Account any time you want, 24 hours a day by clicking the 'Login' link at www.stadiumvip.com or from within a phone app.

  • Why am I asked to provide my credit card information?

    StadiumVIP uses your credit card information to secure the funds for your food, beverage or merchandise order. In other words, it is a form of payment that backs the order to be processed and fulfilled. Once you provide this information into your Account, you will be able to submit orders using your stored information. This helps prevent errors when filling out check-out screen, and makes the process of submitting an order faster and easier.

  • Is my account information, including credit card number securely protected?

    Yes, of course. StadiumVIP is fully compliant with all credit card industry standards regarding the handling and safeguarding of sensitive customer data, such as credit card information and passwords.

  • How do I place an order using Stadium VIP app?

    We’ve made an ordering your food, beverage or merchandise items as simple as it gets. There are two easy steps:

    1. Choose desired items
    2. Check-out and order

    At the end of the check-out step, you can click “Submit Order” link/button to place the order. The system will notify you by email and text message when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.

  • How do I choose desired menu items using Stadium VIP app?

    For fast and easy navigation, we have grouped available product items into two major menu groups: food & beverage and merchandise. So just click on the desired group to start shopping.

     

    Once you are in the desired group, you can select any menu item you would like to add to the shopping cart by clicking its image appearing on the screen. For your convenience we have also grouped menu items into categories, e.g. soda, water, food, etc. that are shown as tabs on the left side of your screen. If a product category has an attribute (for example, gender) you will see the tabs across the top of the screen. You can scroll through the tabs using normal navigation methods available on your specific phone.

     

    When you finish your product selection, just click on “Check-Out” link/button to proceed to the check-out and placing an order.

  • How do I check-out my selected items using StadiumVIP app?

    When you finish your product selection, just click on “Check-Out” link to proceed to the final step – placing an order.

    Review your shopping cart’s content and charges to make sure you have everything correct in what you are about to order and if you have then just click the “Submit Order” link/button to place your order. It’s that simple.

  • Can I change or modify my order?

    Yes, you can, prior to an order submission. If you would like to add another item or remove any item, or change the order quantity of any item, we give you this ability right on the Check-Out screen before you click the “Submit Order” link/button. Click on “+” or “-“ symbol to increase or decrease item quantity. Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified, changed or canceled.

  • Can I cancel or modify my submitted order?

    As far as the StadiumVIP system is concerned all sales are final, i.e. submitted orders cannot be cancelled or modified. In certain exceptional cases, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the stadium concession personnel only.

  • Where do my orders get billed to?

    When you make an order via StadiumVIP app, it will be charged to your credit card on-file provided to us during an account registration process. These charges will appear on that credit card’s monthly statement like any other credit card purchases. Your mobile phone bill will not be affected by these charges, however.

  • How do I get a hold of my ordered products?

    StadiumVIP provides two convenient ways to receive your ordered items depending on the service provider capability in your section:

    1. You can pick them up at a special pick-up express window located at existing concession stands within a stadium; the StadiumVIP app will direct you to a specific concession stand when your order is ready for pick-up so no more waiting in line;
    2. Certain food, beverage or merchandise selections are available for delivery; if all of your ordered items are available for delivery, we will get them delivered directly to your seat as soon as possible; you will get notified when your order is ready and on its way to your seat.

  • Can I choose pick up or delivery option for my order?

    StadiumVIP app will make this determination for you and it is based upon the level of service offered to your section by the concessions operator. We will always deliver your order to your seat if the order contains all products available for delivery as certain food and merchandise selections are not. Look for the delivery icon on the product selection screen to know if that particular product can be delivered to your seat. Otherwise, you will be able to pick your order up at a nearby StadiumVIP express pick-up concession stand. In any case, you will be notified by the app on whether your order is of a “pick-up” or “delivery” type.

  • How long does it take for my order to be ready for pick-up or delivery?

    Usually, it takes a few minutes to complete your order. However, during the peak demand times it may take a little bit longer. The greatest thing, though, you do not need to leave your seat until your order is ready – relax and enjoy the game while we do the rest. The StadiumVIP will notify you with both an estimated order wait time and when it is ready for either pick-up or delivery.

  • Is the food, beverage or merchandise cost the same as at the concession stands?

    Yes, the product costs ordered via StadiumVIP are usually the same as if you go to a concessions stand. In some cases, StadiumVIP will provide promotional discounts and packaged deals that are available only for StadiumVIP customers via mobile app ordering.

  • How much does it cost to use the Stadium VIP service?

    When you order food, beverage or merchandise via our mobile app, we will add a small VIP convenience fee to the cost of your ordered items. The exact amount of convenience fee together with any applicable taxes is disclosed to you prior to the order submission. So no hidden or monthly charges - you pay as you order: the cost of the products, associated sales taxes and a convenience fee. It’s that simple!

  • How do I know if my order has been received by Stadium VIP?

    StadiumVIP will notify you within a few seconds of order submission that your order is received by one or more of the following methods:

    • email
    • text message
    • in-app notification

  • How do I update or edit my credit card information?

    If you have set up an account profile, the following options are available to you by clicking the 'Login' link on the StadiumVIP website or mobile app:

    • Personal Information: View/edit your sign-in options, contact information and shipping address in your profile.
    • Email Preferences: View/edit your preference for receiving promotional emails.
    • Payment Information: View, edit or add credit card information including credit card number and expiration date.

  • I forgot my password

    No problem. In order to obtain a password via e-mail, please follow these steps:

    1. Click on the 'Forgot My Password' link at the top of your phone screen. It will notify StadiumVIP about your problem.
    2. Once StadiumVIP system verifies your phone credentials, it will immediately send you a temporary password to the email address on-file in your Account.
    3. From there you can click on the 'Sign-In' link. This will take you to a screen where you can enter the temporary password e-mailed to you. You can always change the temporary password to your new permanent password later.

  • How do I change mobile phone number on my account?

    If you get a new phone and you have the same number, StadiumVIP will automatically detect this and ask you to register a new phone with the original number. All you have to do is enter your user name and password and the new phone will be activated.

  • How do I unsubscribe from future e-mails from Stadium VIP?

    Unless you tell us that you do not want to receive these offers, StadiumVIP will occasionally send advertisements, marketing material or other offers on behalf of business partners that we think might be of interest to you. This material is sent by StadiumVIP.

  • How can I close my Stadium VIP Account?

    Remember that there is no monthly membership charge to keep an account active. If for any reason, however, you decide to close your account with StadiumVIP, you may do so by requesting an account closure by emailing us at Custserv@StadiumVIP.com. If later, you decide to join us again, just open a new account via our website www.stadiumVIP.com or mobile app.

  • How does Stadium VIP app know what stadium or arena I am in?

    When you go to the stadium and are getting ready to order something via StadiumVIP you will open the smart phone application and “virtually” enter the stadium by selecting it from the list of stadiums we believe are nearby you. This list is based on your GPS position if you are using a GPS capable smart phone and cellular network. If we cannot determine your GPS position the application will allow you to browse to find your stadium by selecting the State or Province you are in. Once you select the State or Province you are in, you should see your stadium in the list.

  • How does StadiumVIP app know where I am sitting in the stadium?

    When you “virtually” enter the stadium through the StadiumVIP mobile app you will be prompted to enter your section, row and seat information from your event ticket. This is necessary in order to assign you to an express concession stand nearby you and also for delivery order so that we know where to find you when your order is ready.

  • Do I have to enter the stadium every time I open the app?

    No, you do not. The Stadium VIP application will remember what stadium you are in.

  • Do I have to enter my seat location every time I open the app?

    No, you do not. The Stadium VIP application will remember what stadium you are in and where you are sitting.

  • What if I accidentally entered the wrong stadium or seat location?

    No worries. If you entered the wrong stadium or seat location you can simply exit the stadium and re-enter the proper one. On the Main menu there is an “Exit Stadium” button. Click on that button to exit the stadium and you will be presented with the enter stadium screen again.

  • What does “There is no event going on at this time” message mean, when I try to select a stadium? Why can’t I select the stadium?

    StadiumVIP is designed to enrich your in-stadium experience. Therefore to enter (or select) a stadium there must be an actual stadium event going on. Typically stadium events will open a few hours before the start of the scheduled event and close about an hour after the event is completed. During this time, before the event and during the event the StadiumVIP mobile app will allow access to the stadium. However if there is no event going that day or it is more then a few hours before or after the schedule event then the StadiumVIP will not allow access to the stadium.

  • What does the message “The stadium is no longer open for orders” mean?

    If you get this message in response to your order, it means that all concession stands serving your seat section are now close for the event, typically at the end of the game or event.

  • How can I talk to a StadiumVIP customer service representative?

    If you have any question not answered in this FAQ section, you may click the Help link from the main menu of the app’s screen, provide your phone number and click submit link/button. Someone from our in-stadium service team will call the provided phone number within 15 minutes. If you do not hear from us within this time period, please contact StadiumVIP or/and Service Provider personnel at express pick-up concession stand directly.
